Foul shot

In writing this week we have been looking at a poem called Foul shot,

We had to use a capital letter at the start of each line.

As I start running down the tumbling mat,  I say to myself

I can do it,

I will do it

I am going to do it,

I slowly raise my hands up to my ears,

I firmly place my hands down,

I fling my legs over my head,

I slowly,

Breathe,

Think,

Focus,

Concentrate.

I get my rebound

Flip back into a uck,

My body,

Rotates,

Turns,

Tips,

Wobbles,

Shakes,

I crouch,

I lean forward

Find my balance.
